| Claims In the unfortunate event that your holiday didn't go quite as planned… Our Claims Guarantee We pride ourselves on our prompt, fair claims management. We guarantee to despatch your settlement or respond to your claim within 10 working days of receipt of your completed claim form and all necessary documentation. Loss, Damage or Theft Please note; Any loss, damage or delay to baggage etc. whilst in the custody of carriers (airline, transport company, etc.) must be notified immediately in writing to such carriers (but in any event within 3 days) and a Property Irregularity Report obtained. Any loss or theft must be reported to the police (and hotel management if applicable) within 24 hours of discovery and a written report obtained.
